Andrew Forrest conceived AEC with the aim to create 50,000 sustainable indigenous jobs and nurture education and training. AEC enlisted Bluegem’s expertise and ongoing services for the Job Management Project; providing an interface between Job service providers, employees, employers and education providers.
“Bluegem created a Job Management System where employment service providers, schools and Indigenous job seekers could easily view the jobs that were on offer for Indigenous Australians Australia wide,” said Matthew O’Sullivan, National Manager of AEC.
“As the system architects and project managers and developers, Bluegem’s expert team customised the Job Management System to meet AEC’s needs and provide essential support, testing environments and documentation,” he said.
Bluegem continues to work with AEC to foster the achievement of thousands of jobs and training opportunities for Indigenous Australians.
“Thanks to Bluegem’s complex Job Management System, AEC has blossomed due to the ease of use of the website and the capacity to navigate effortlessly to employment opportunities,” said Matthew.
As well as helping Australians to find employment and education, Bluegem is assisting employees to be productive, organised and efficient within their jobs thanks to Training Management System, BluegemEXPLORE.
With proven comprehensive tools for communication, reporting, scheduling, administration and marking, BluegemEXPLORE, is assisting employers and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) across Australia and overseas to create the most effective learning and training experience.
